Job summary

PERI is seeking a Project Manager High-Rise & Infrastructure to lead major Netherlands projects from planning through handover. You will act as the central point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring safety, timeliness, and budget adherence.

You will coordinate with Engineering, Customer Service, Assembly, Operations, and Finance to drive project success and optimize resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or commercial discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.
• Proven project management and coordination skills in complex environments.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent in Dutch and good English skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple high-rise and infrastructure projects from planning to completion and handover.

• Manage multiple high-rise and infrastructure projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to completion and handover.
• Coordinate closely with internal departments including Engineering, Customer Service, Assembly, Operations, and Finance to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, suppliers, and project stakeholders, maintaining strong professional relationships throughout each project.
• Monitor project performance, timelines, budgets, and quality standards, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a technical, engineering, or commercial discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction, infrastructure, or industrial sector.
• Proven project management and coordination skills, preferably within complex technical environments.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Solution-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of maintaining oversight in dynamic project environments.
• Fluent in Dutch, both written and spoken.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of German and/or French is considered an advantage.
