Job summary

PERI GmbH Formwork Scaffolding Engineering in Schijndel, NL is seeking a junior Project Manager to join the Task Force Climbing HQ. You will assist in planning and executing projects, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams and international subsidiaries, and support the development of technical solutions.

The role requires a degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, 2–3 years in project-related roles, MS Office proficiency, and English at B2+.

Qualifications

• A degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable technical field.
• 2–3 years of experience in project-related roles or within the construction industry.
• Basic knowledge of project management principles; familiarity with formwork or scaffolding is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of projects within the Climbing segment, ensuring smooth coordination and delivery.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and international subsidiaries to drive project progress.
• Contribute to the development of technical solutions in close alignment with senior project managers and customer requirements.
• Monitor project performance, including timelines, budgets, and quality targets, and document progress accordingly.
• Prepare presentations, support customer meetings, and participate in site visits when required.
