Project Manager – Permanent – Utrecht, Netherlands – Building installations

New opportunity for a Project Manager in Utrecht, Netherlands.

My client who based in Utrecht and is currently looking for a Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

The client works on installations for large scale buildings, such as hospitals. Any Project Managers who have experience working with HVAC, MEP or other relevant installations for large scale commercial buildings would be very interesting for them.

Start: November, December, January 2025

Salary: €53,000-€80,400 per year + fantastic package (8% vacation pay, 25+13ADV etc…)

Location: Utrecht, Netherlands

Dutch-speaking - Essential skill

Essential skills

• 10+ years' experience working in a relevant position (project management, project engineer)
• Technical engineering background – preferably mechanical
• Experience working in a building – mechanical, plumbing etc (maintenance & installation)
• Ability to communicate with customers, clients (in Dutch)
• Living locally
