Job summary

Uneek Global Limited is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee mechanical and electrical construction projects across the Netherlands, taking ownership from start-up to completion. You will lead site teams, manage programmes, procurement plans, budgets and subcontractors, ensuring safety, quality, and commercial performance, with strong client relationships.

The role suits a commercially aware PM with an M&E background, excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience as Project Manager in M&E construction.
• Proven track record managing multiple projects end-to-end.
• Experience delivering LV, MV, HV electrical and/or mechanical piping/HVAC.
• Strong budget monitoring and cost control skills.
• Knowledge of construction methods, regulations and delivery processes.
• Excellent organisational, communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
• Ability to coordinate site teams and multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery from mobilisation to final client handover.
• Develop and manage programmes, procurement plans, construction schedules and cash flow.
• Coordinate Site Supervisors, Site Engineers and subcontractors.
• Oversee electrical installations (LV, MV, HV) and HVAC works.
• Monitor progress, budgets and commercial performance.
• Ensure materials and deliverables align with project requirements.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, design teams and directors.
• Chair progress meetings and coordinate subcontractor activities.
• Ensure compliance with specs, programmes, quality plans and health & safety.
• Oversee testing, commissioning and handover activities.
• Manage close-out, final accounts, O&M manuals and client sign-off.
• Identify project risks and implement corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement and client relationships throughout lifecycle.
