An exciting opportunity for a seasoned IT Risk Professional to lead a major transformation programme within a large, international organisation. This role focuses on modernising IT risk management practices, reshaping the control framework, redesigning risk reporting, and driving change across multiple global entities.

As the IT Risk Transformation Program Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a multi-stream programme that aims to modernise the organisation's approach to IT risk management, including updating the control framework, introducing a new qualitative‑driven risk reporting methodology, defining governance structures, and rolling out the new model across all global entities.

You will manage a large transformation programme situated within the CISO domain, reporting to an executive steering committee and working across five major workstreams. You will lead the programme team, safeguard delivery milestones, and act as the key ambassador of the new risk approach – ensuring adoption, alignment, and engagement across senior stakeholders.

You bring strong domain expertise, seniority, and the ability to drive meaningful change in complex environments.

You have:

• 10+ years of experience in IT Risk Management
• Experience operating at senior level with IT and Risk stakeholders
• Strong background in consultancy and end-to-end programme/project management
• A proactive mindset with the ability to challenge and improve ways of working
