SoftwareOne приглашает в команду Technology Project Manager. Ваша задача — планировать и вести проекты в рамках pmONE, обеспечивая соответствие срокам, бюджету и качеству. Вы будете тесно взаимодействовать с межфункциональной командой, управлять рисками и внедрять инновации.

Требуется опыт в управлении проектами, знание методологий и финанов проекта, отличные коммуникативные навыки и ориентация на результаты. Гибридный формат: офис в Амстердаме и удалённо.

Formación

• Опыт управления проектами в системном интеграторе или крупной сервисной компании, с подтверждением PMP или Prince2.
• Уверенное владение методологиями и инструментами управления проектами; знание финансов проектов.
• Превосходные коммуникативные навыки в билингвальной среде и умение работать в команде.
• Ответственный подход, инициативность и ориентация на результат в динамичной среде.

Responsabilidades

• Планирование, организация и управление малыми и средними IT-проектами в рамках pmONE.
• Поддержка и руководство командой проекта, развитие сотрудничества и инноваций.
• Контроль документации проекта, выявление потребностей в ресурсах и регулярные апдейты для стейкхолдеров.
• Управление клиентскими отношениями и взаимодействие с корпоративными командами и поставщиками.

As our new Technology Project Manager, you will steer projects to success, delivering on time, within budget, and aligned with our pmONE Project Delivery Framework. Working closely with a diverse team of experts, you will lead cutting-edge initiatives and ensure every milestone is achieved with precision while tackling challenges head-on.

• Plan, organize, and manage small to medium-sized IT projects, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and quality goals
• Support and guide a top-notch project team, fostering collaboration and championing innovation
• Oversee project documentation, facilitate resource identification, and keep stakeholders informed with regular status updates
• Identify new opportunities within projects and contribute to early qualification and assessment
• Control costs and ensure projects remain financially healthy
• Manage client relationships and collaborate with corporate teams, customers, and third-party vendors to deliver exceptional solutions
• Promote knowledge sharing, provide training to the project team, and support continuous improvement

Требования

• Proven experience in project management within a systems integrator or large service organization, supported by PMP or Prince2 certification
• Solid technical foundation in project management methodologies and tools, with a good understanding of project financials
• Excellent communication skills suited for a bilingual environment
• Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset and a strong focus on achieving shared goals
• Driven, motivated, and accountable, demonstrating ownership and professionalism in day-to-day work
