You lead projects to timely delivery within budget, while ensuring customer satisfaction and team communication. You are regularly on site at the client and are often the face of Wortell. Your days are varied, from strategic sessions to collaborating with our dynamic team.

As a senior IT project or program manager, you are ultimately responsible for the successful delivery of complex and often organization-wide change programs. You ensure that projects and programs are delivered within the agreed time, scope and quality, with ongoing attention to cost control and added value for the business. You report regularly on progress, including substantive and financial KPIs, so the client and other stakeholders can keep track of the results. You play a crucial role in managing the interests of various stakeholders: from directors and business owners to IT teams and external suppliers. You are regularly on site at the client and are often the face of Wortell. You build and maintain strong relationships, communicate transparently about project progress and ensure everyone remains involved. Your commitment to excellent communication strengthens trust in our team and ensures that projects align with our clients’ wishes and goals. Managing project budgets and resources is not a side issue but a priority. You ensure that every project remains financially healthy, prevent overruns and make sound decisions about where every cent goes. Your financial strategies and prevention of budget overruns are essential to the success of our projects. Your approach ensures that projects not only stay within budget, but also maximize financial efficiency and value for the client. Identifying and managing project risks is your domain. You have a keen eye for potential pitfalls and take proactive steps to minimize them. Your ability to think ahead and take measures ensures that projects run smoothly. You communicate risks clearly to the team and stakeholders, so everyone is informed and can work together on solutions. Your commitment to risk management contributes to the stability and success of our projects.

With your enthusiasm, pleasant communication and pragmatic approach, you know how to make every project a success. You ensure a clear project approach and guide the client and your colleagues step by step through project delivery: from the project plan and kick-off to the actual implementation, configuration, adoption, training and management. You are an proven top performer in project management and have the right certifications. You believe in Microsoft and innovative products. 10+ years of experience in Project Management with projects where several projects run simultaneously; Experienced in stakeholder management at a strategic level (steering committees); Leading projects from a supplier perspective (commercial mindset); Knowledge and experience with Agile working (Scrum), IPMA D, Prince2 or another project management methodology; Demonstrable experience with Managed Services programs; Будет плюсом: Knowledge of Microsoft (Office) 365 and the Windows platform is a plus
