SoftwareOne is seeking a Technology Project Manager to steer IT projects from initiation to successful delivery. You will work within our pmONE Delivery Framework, collaborating with a diverse team to meet scope, budget, and timelines.

The role requires strong bilingual communication, experience in project management, and a proactive, accountable mindset to drive results and continuous improvement in a hybrid Amsterdam-based environment.

Formación

• Proven project management experience in IT/PMO environments.
• Certifications PMP or Prince2 are preferred.
• Excellent bilingual communication in English and Dutch.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize, and manage small to medium IT projects.
• Lead and guide a project team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Maintain project documentation and status updates for stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities within projects and support early qualification/assessment.

As our new Technology Project Manager, you will steer projects to success, delivering on time, within budget, and aligned with our pmONE Project Delivery Framework. Working closely with a diverse team of experts, you will lead cutting-edge initiatives and ensure every milestone is achieved with precision while tackling challenges head-on.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Success: Plan, organize, and manage small to medium-sized IT projects, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and quality goals
• Lead the Pack: Support and guide a top-notch project team, fostering collaboration and championing innovation
• Stay on Track: Oversee project documentation, facilitate resource identification, and keep stakeholders informed with regular status updates
• Shape the Future: Identify new opportunities within projects and contribute to early qualification and assessment
• Mind the Budget: Control costs and ensure projects remain financially healthy
• Build Relationships: Manage client relationships and collaborate with corporate teams, customers, and third-party vendors to deliver exceptional solutions
• Improve Processes: Promote knowledge sharing, provide training to the project team, and support continuous improvement

What we need to see from you

• Proven experience in project management within a systems integrator or large service organization, supported by PMP or Prince2 certification
• Solid technical foundation in project management methodologies and tools, with a good understanding of project financials
• Strong communication skills suited for a bilingual environment
• Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset and a strong focus on achieving shared goals
• Driven, motivated, and accountable, demonstrating ownership and professionalism in day-to-day work
• Strong consulting mindset, with a willingness to grow and make an impact in a dynamic environment
