Job summary

Harnham is seeking an enthusiastic Project Manager / Customer Success Manager to strengthen the Client Delivery Team. You will support implementation of data-driven software solutions for clients and serve as the link between customer, data & analytics, and development teams.

You will collaborate with product, project management, and data analysis functions to ensure successful deployments, training, and ongoing activation and growth of client accounts in a fast-growing organization.

Qualifications

• At least 3+ years of experience in project management or implementation.
• Affinity with data, retail (Promotion/Pricing), SaaS, or technology.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; structured working style.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the software solution for clients.
• Act as central contact for client teams and internal colleagues with external activation focus.
• Improve solution usage based on customer insights and satisfaction.
• Deliver workshops and training to client teams.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for retention and growth.

Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Project Manager / Customer Success Manager (CSM) to strengthen the Client Delivery Team. In this role, you will support the implementation of data-driven solutions for new software users and clients and act as the connecting link between the customer, the data & analytics teams, and sometimes the development team.

You will have the opportunity to work in a growing organization with a dynamic culture, where collaboration, structure, and communication are key. You'll play a crucial role to existing expansions & future international growth. A role with direct impact on success.

What Will You Do?

• Support the implementation of the software solution for clients
• Act as the central point of contact for both client teams and internal colleagues, with an external focus on activation and growth and an internal focus on support and product feedback
• Improve the use of the solution based on insights from customer usage and satisfaction
• Be responsible for giving workshops and training teams within the client organization
• Build and maintain strong client relationships aimed at retention, expansion, and advisory
• Actively contribute to the further development of the tools
• Collaborate with different disciplines (such as product development, project management, and data analysis) to ensure optimal customer support

Who Are We Looking For?

• At least 3+ years of experience in project management or implementation (recent graduates also welcome)
• Affinity with data, retail (Promotion / Pricing), SaaS, or technology (at least in one of these areas)
• Strong communication skills, structured working style, and collaborative mindset
• Eager to learn, customer-focused, and ambitious to grow into an independent role
• HBO or university degree, preferably with an analytical or business-oriented focus
• Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-growing environment
