Job summary

Harnham is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Success Manager to strengthen the Client Delivery Team. You will support the implementation of data-driven solutions for new software users and clients and act as the connecting link between the customer, the data & analytics teams, and sometimes the development team.

Qualifications

• At least 3+ years of experience in project management or implementation.
• Affinity with data, retail (Promotion / Pricing), SaaS, or technology.
• Strong communication skills, structured working style, and collaborative mindset.
• Eager to learn, customer-focused and ambitious to grow into an independent role.
• HBO or university degree, preferably with analytical or business focus.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the software solution for clients.
• Act as the central point of contact for client teams and internal colleagues, with external focus on activation and growth and internal focus on support and product feedback.
• Improve the use of the solution based on insights from customer usage and satisfaction.
• Be responsible for giving workshops and training teams within the client organization.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships aimed at retention, expansion, and advisory.
• Collaborate with product development, project management, and data analysis to ensure optimal customer support.

What Will You Do?

• Actively contribute to the further development of the tools
• Collaborate with different disciplines (such as product development, project management, and data analysis) to ensure optimal customer support

Who Are We Looking For?

• At least 3+ years of experience in project management or implementation (recent graduates also welcome)
• Affinity with data, retail (Promotion / Pricing), SaaS, or technology (at least in one of these areas)
• Strong communication skills, structured working style, and collaborative mindset
• Eager to learn, customer-focused, and ambitious to grow into an independent role
• HBO or university degree, preferably with an analytical or business-oriented focus
