Solidaridad Europe is seeking a Project Management Support Intern for the Excellence & Financial Integrity (EFI) team in Utrecht. You will assist with daily administration, contracting, and financial workflows, while contributing to a transparent and efficient NGO operation.

You will work alongside Project Management Officers, Legal Advisor, and Finance staff, gaining hands-on experience across our global network in an international setting.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in studies related to Business Administration, Finance, Public Administration, International Development, or another relevant field at a Dutch HBO or Dutch University.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Interest in digital information systems and data handling.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsabilités

• Assist with day-to-day administrative and contracting processes within the EFI team.
• Support data entry, contract processing, and documentation in systems (Salesforce/Plaza/DocuSign).
• Draft contracts and amendments using standard templates.
• Prepare payment requests and track status.
• Organize and archive digital project and contract documents with quality standards.
• Provide general administrative support and reporting queries.
