About impactID

At impactID, we contribute to a fair world by helping non-profits and social impact organisations increase their effectiveness through intuitive and powerful
software. We believe that technology can strengthen collaboration, reduce burdens and help organisations focus on what matters most: creating impact. For almost twenty-five years we have worked alongside NGOs and foundations to co-create a secure and unified ecosystem that supports fundraising, project management, partner collaboration, donor compliance, monitoring and evaluation and impact reporting. Our strength lies in connectivity: everything works together, enabling organisations to gain better oversight, improve accountability and tell stronger stories about their impact. impactID is a growing and engaged organisation that believes in the power of collaboration, meaningful relationships and technology as a catalyst for change.

What will you do?

As an Outreach & Partnerships Intern, you will join our Outreach & Partnerships team, whose mission is to build new relationships with NGOs and foundations and explore how technology can help them achieve their goals. You enjoy listening, asking thoughtful questions, and uncovering opportunities where organisations and technology can create value together.

Your role will include:
  • Identifying non-profits that could become future partners of impactID;
  • Initiating first contact and building meaningful relationships;
  • Conducting research into potential partner organisations and their needs;
  • Drafting tailored partnership proposals;
  • Supporting outreach campaigns and communications;
  • Creating audiovisual and digital content to strengthen outreach activities;
  • Contributing ideas on how impactID can better serve non-profits and their partners.
Who are you?

You are curious about people, motivated by purpose, and excited by the possibility of helping organisations amplify their impact through technology.

We are looking for someone who:
  • Has worked or volunteered in/has affinity with the NGO or non-profit sector;
  • Enjoys building relationships and connecting with new people;
  • Is energised by problem-solving and creative thinking;
  • Loves hearing people’s stories and understanding their motivations;
  • Has an interest in the impact technology can have on positive social change;
  • Has spent time reflecting on their own values and what drives them;
  • Speaks and writes excellent English, Dutch is a plus, so are other languages;
  • Lives in the Netherlands.
Who should apply?
  • Students who are completing their studies;
  • Recent graduates;
  • Professionals looking to transition from the non-profit sector to the for-profit sector while continuing to contribute to meaningful social impact.

We are looking for curiosity, empathy, initiative and the desire to contribute to a fair world, so we value talent and motivation more than diplomas or a career path.

What do we offer?
  • A meaningful role that contributes to positive social change;
  • An opportunity to work with non-profits in different countries and contexts;
  • A warm, supportive, and mission-driven team;
  • Plenty of room for personal initiative and professional development;
  • Flexible working hours and hybrid working arrangements;
  • A paid four-month internship, € 450 per month (plus travel expenses);
  • The possibility of a permanent position after a successful internship.
