Job summary

Solidaridad Europe invites a student to join the Excellence & Financial Integrity (EFI) team in Utrecht for a 6‑month internship starting Sept/Oct 2026. The role covers project administration, contract processing, and financial workflows across a global network.

You will work 32–36 hours per week, with a focus on accuracy and the use of digital systems like Salesforce. You will be guided by Project Management Officers, Legal Advisor, and Finance staff, gaining hands‑on experience in contracts,

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in studies related to Business Administration, Finance, Public Administration, International Development, or another relevant field at a Dutch HBO or Dutch University.
• High degree of accuracy.
• Interest or affinity with digital information systems (prior experience with platforms like Salesforce is a plus, but not required).
• Basic understanding of or strong interest in administrative and financial processes.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• A collaborative, service‑oriented attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Eligible to undertake an internship in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day‑to‑day administrative and contracting processes within the EFI team.
• Help ensure procedures run smoothly, and that administration, records, and information are accurate and reliable.
• Draft contracts and contract amendments using standard templates; ensure legal requirements and internal quality standards are met.
• Draft payment requests, update status, and facilitate timely processing.
• Organize and archive digital project and contract documents, maintaining quality standards.
• Assist in data checks, signaling potential process improvements, and keep records up to date.
• Provide general administrative support and respond to reporting queries.
