Job summary

We ARE Renewables is seeking a Project Management Officer to support strategic improvement and digital transformation initiatives. You will ensure structured planning, resource coordination and effective project execution, working closely with Project Managers, business stakeholders and IT teams in Rotterdam.

You will manage planning, dependencies and risks while maintaining documentation, monitoring capacity, and preparing stakeholder communications to keep teams aligned.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PMO or project support experience within a project management environment.
• Experience with IT projects and digital transformation initiatives.
• PRINCE2, IPMA-D or equivalent certification.
• Experience working in Agile projects.

The Project Management Officer supports strategic improvement and digital transformation projects, ensuring structured planning, resource coordination and effective project execution. The role works closely with Project Managers, business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.

Requirements

• Higher professional education, preferably in Engineering, Finance or Business Administration.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in PMO or project support within a project management environment.
• Experience supporting complex projects with a strong IT component and digital transformation.
• PRINCE2, IPMA-D or equivalent certification.
• Experience working in Agile projects.
• Strong communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
