BDO is seeking a Coordinator, Project Management to blend operational coordination and advanced reporting for complex initiatives. You will manage schedules, documentation, and stakeholder communications while enabling enterprise reporting through PM tools and dashboards.

This role requires proficiency in digital project management tools, maintaining dashboards (Power BI) and reporting systems to ensure accuracy and scalability.

Qualificações

• Tertiary qualifications in a Project Management discipline or related field are desirable.
• Experience improving organisational processes, change management or related areas is preferred.
• Familiarity with PMO governance and stakeholder coordination is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate project meetings, capture decisions and maintain PMO standards.
• Prepare post-project reviews and apply lessons learned to future projects.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, RAID logs, and progress reports.
• Coordinate requirements for dashboard design and maintenance (Power BI) for performance tracking.
• Support digital enablement by managing PM tools and platforms.
• Ensure data integrity across systems and optimize workflows.
