Job summary

BDO is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a range of digital technology projects. You will build strong relationships with Global Office departments and business services teams, uphold governance standards, and provide regular progress reports to executives.

The role emphasizes coordinating diverse workstreams, managing risks, and delivering outputs within time, quality, and cost constraints, while engaging stakeholders across the business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a project manager or similar position.
• Proven experience working within Prince2 project management principles.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects follow project management best practices and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Change Management across project lifecycles.
• Produce and maintain high-quality project documentation and reports.
• Run regular project board meetings and liaise with sponsors and stakeholders.
• Own projects, build relationships, and coordinate resources and third-party providers.
• Understand inflight changes and plan outcome-focused projects with risk management.
