Job summary

BDO Eindhoven seeks a Project Manager to lead finance, accounting, and business-change initiatives. You will partner with the PMO and cross-functional stakeholders to plan, coordinate, and drive projects improving governance, reporting, and processes.

You will apply strong project management expertise to translate business needs into structured plans, manage risks, and deliver outcomes across geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 3–5 years project management experience in finance, accounting, or business operations
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Proactive, collaborative team player
• Experience with agile and hybrid methodologies
• Experience developing executive-level presentations and status reports
• Ability to facilitate workshops and decision-making sessions
• Strong risk, issue, and dependency management

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of finance and accounting technology and business change projects
• Build relationships with project sponsors and cross-functional stakeholders across locations
• Manage project communications, risks, decisions, and dependencies
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts
• Facilitate internal and external project meetings across multiple geographic locations
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and to quality standards
• Prepare steering committee materials, decision logs, and escalation of risks
