Job summary

Van Oord is seeking a Project Procurement Officer based in Rotterdam to develop and implement procurement strategies for tenders in Infrastructure projects. This role involves managing complex tenders, reviewing documentation, and collaborating with Category Managers to ensure optimal procurement processes.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, at least 5 years of relevant experience, and strong command of both Dutch and English. The position offers an attractive salary, travel allowance, and extensive development opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in project procurement, subcontracting or strategic procurement.
• Strong command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier negotiations and optimize costs.
