Job summary

Restart BV is seeking a Project Administrator to join our offshore transport and installation team in Den Haag. You will handle project administration tasks, maintain ERP data, and support cross-functional teams to ensure timely invoicing and cost reporting.

The role requires hands-on, proactive problem-solving, and solid experience with SAP ECC/S4HANA and SAP SD, plus basic Excel skills to manage data and generate reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience as Financial or Project Administrator.
• Hands-on, proactive problem-solver.
• Proficient with SAP ECC/SAP S/4HANA; able to open POs and review PO history relative to Goods Receipt/Invoice Receipt.
• Basic Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

• Resolve issues around invoice receipt and PO mismatches (quantity/value) that block goods receipt.
• Monthly review of GR/IR differences for projects (IR vs PO).
• Support invoicing processes and prepare cost reports for customers.
• Collaborate with Project Control/Project Management/Document Control/Procurement.

For one of our clients in the offshore transport and installation industry, we are looking for an Project Administrator.

Our client is a world-leading offshore construction company, specializing in transporting, installing, and removing offshore energy infrastructure. With a strong focus on innovation, safety, and sustainability, they complex projects for the offshore energy industry using one their specialized fleet of heavy lift vessels.

Requirements

• Experienced (Financial or Project) Administrator
• Hands-on / Go-getter / problem-solver / pro-active
• SAP ECC (S4HANA) knowledge is a must wrt Requisition to Pay/Purchase to Pay process; being able to open POs and check PO history wrt Goods receipt/Invoice Receipt
• SAP SD Module (sales invoicing) is a pre
• Basic excel skills are a must

Work

• Solve issues around invoice receipt and purchase order mismatches (quantity & value mismatches) preventing goods receipt (“parked list")
• Monthly review of GR/IR differences for projects (IR vs PO differences)
• Support invoicing process and preparing cost reports for customers
