Job summary

Nedap Groenlo is seeking an Interim Program Manager for Access Control to lead a multi-year technology transformation, unifying on-premises and cloud-native solutions into a single future-ready platform.

The role combines governance, cross-team coordination across software, hardware, UX, and cloud, with responsibilities for roadmap, decision making, and delivering a credible path for the program.

Regular on-site presence at the Nedap Campus in Groenlo with a 4-5 day week commitment.

Qualifications

• Led a large-scale, customer-facing technology transformation.
• Managed programs combining software, hardware, implementation, and operations.
• Translated long-term strategy into milestones and day-to-day execution.
• Experience in governance, risk, budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting.
• Aligned senior stakeholders across multidisciplinary teams without formal authority.
• Strong technical affinity; coordinated Agile delivery; interest in AI in development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an integrated roadmap across four domains.
• Establish governance: decision-making, steering, reporting, escalation, and responsibilities.
• Resolve conflicting priorities and dependencies in a focused way.
• Turn migration challenges into clear product, technology, implementation, and commercial decisions.
• Maintain oversight and bring at-risk programs back to a credible path.
• Improve collaboration between Agile teams and demonstrate business value of tech debt.
