Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a life sciences, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of life sciences, pharmaceutical or medical device product development experience.
• PMP certification preferred; Six Sigma certification a plus.
• 3+ years of technical project/program management experience.
• Strong knowledge of stage-gate product development and quality systems.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, resources and stakeholder comms.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs from concept through commercialization.
• Guide teams through the stage-gate Product Commercialization Process.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget and risk with executives and stakeholders.
• Foster collaboration across matrix organizations and data-driven decisions.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory requirements and quality systems.
