• Lead (or coach) MSAT work on client programs and internal projects to deliver on-time, right-first-time results.
• Provide technical expertise in downstream processing to steer decisions during manufacturing activities and tech transfers.
• Lead process validation studies by coordinating and executing studies and delivering timely validation reports.
• Monitor project progression, identify risks, communicate them clearly, and resolve challenges with internal and external stakeholders.
• Represent Thermo Fisher in audits and customer communications; support external technology transfer across clinical and commercial phases.
