Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific in Eindhoven seeks a driven professional to lead New Product Introduction projects at the module level within an Operations Engineering setting. You will manage 2–3 projects concurrently and represent Operations and Service in cross-functional teams.

The role requires 3+ years in a technical ops environment, a technical degree, and strong English communication. Dutch language skills are a bonus; a 40-hour workweek with direct contract and growth opportunities await.

Qualifications

• Typically requires 3+ years in Operations/Engineering environment, desirable in cleanroom environment.
• Bachelor or Master degree in technical area (Physics, Engineering).
• Experience in High-tech industry with New Product Introduction and phased project gating process.
• Track record of leading complex technical projects; PM certification is desirable.
• Collaborative team player with ability to build constructive, harmonious relationships.
• Ability to work in a structured way, according to plan, goals, priority and schedule.
• Excellent English language skills (verbal and written); Dutch a huge plus.
• Gets results, even under difficult situations and has the ability to influence the best integral solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead 2–3 NPI module projects in parallel from an Operations perspective.
• Formulate NPI plans for Operations (factory) and Service (field).
• Drive progress and results for assigned module projects from PM perspective.
• Provide monthly NPI updates, Ops preTSMs, and status reporting to stakeholders.
• Ensure on-time completion of OE deliverables per gate with required quality/maturity.
• Participate in cross-functional module project teams across R&D and OE.
• Collaborate with the OE-NPI System Program Lead on linked System projects.
• Coordinate with NPI engineers on technical content (product/process/tooling).
• Monitor project progress, take corrective actions, and generate reports.
