Job summary

Onze klant is een toonaangevend bedrijf dat zich richt op de nabehandeling van producten van diverse ferro- en non-ferro materialen. Voor de afdeling oppervlaktebehandeling zoeken ze een gemotiveerde Anodizer die zelfstandig anodiseren en oppervlaktebehandelingen uitvoert volgens tekeningen en instructies.

Je werkt met moderne productieapparatuur en maakt deel uit van een hecht team van ruim 60 collega's. De rol biedt een langdurige positie met uitzicht op een vast contract, reiskostenvergoeding

Qualifications

• VMBO-niveau is vereist; diploma is een plus.
• Beheersing van Engels of Nederlands is vereist.
• Technische affiniteit met processen is gewenst.
• Nauwkeurigheid en betrouwbaarheid zijn belangrijk.
• Teamplayer met flexibele instelling.

Responsibilities

• Onafhankelijk uitvoeren van behandelingen op materialen volgens tekeningen en werkorder.
• Voorbereiden en klemmen van onderdelen volgens instructies.
• Materialen controleren voordat de coating wordt toegepast.
• Verschillende taken en opdrachten kunnen afgewisseld worden.
• Bedienings- en verantwoordelijkheidslijnen voor anodiseerbad.
• Tussentijdse controles uitvoeren op coatingdikte en conformiteit.
• Reiniging en afblazen van onderdelen.
• Collega's binnen het team coördineren.

For our client, a specialist in surface treatments for various metal types, we are looking for a motivated Anodizer. In this role, you will independently carry out anodizing and surface treatments on supplied products according to drawings and/or work instructions. You will work with modern production equipment and tools within the Surface Treatment department. About Our Client Our client is a leading company specialized in post-treatment of products made from various ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Their services include anodizing, hard anodizing, etching, passivation, chromating, and cleanroom cleaning and packaging. With multiple modern locations, including a new facility at the Brainport Campus in Eindhoven, the company continues to grow and innovate.

Wat ga je doen?

• Independently performing treatments on materials and products based on drawings and work order specifications.
• Preparing and clamping parts according to supplied instructions.
• Inspecting materials before the coating process is applied.
• Flexibly switching between different tasks and assignments.
• Operating and taking responsibility for the anodizing bath line.
• Carrying out interim checks to ensure the product meets the required coating thickness and that the process follows all specifications.
• Cleaning and blowing off parts correctly.
• Coordinating work with colleagues within the team.
