Job summary

Workster in Noord-Brabant zoekt een gedreven anodiseerder voor onafhankelijke uitvoering van anodiseren en oppervlaktebehandelingen volgens tekeningen en werkopdrachten.

Je werkt met moderne apparatuur op de oppervlaktebehandelingenafdeling, schakelt flexibel tussen taken en bewaakt de kwaliteitsnormen. Een langdurige aanstelling met kans op contract en aantrekkelijke secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden wordt geboden.

Qualifications

• VMBO-niveau vereist, diploma is een plus.
• Affiniteit met technologie en technische processen.
• Goede communicatie- en sociale vaardigheden.
• Een teamspeler met nauwkeurige en precieze motorische vaardigheden.
• Flexibel en bereid om in wisselende shifts te werken.
• In staat om werkopdrachten te lezen en te begrijpen.
• Beheersing van Nederlands of Engels.

Responsibilities

• Onafhankelijk uitvoeren van behandelingen op materialen op basis van tekeningen en werkopdrachten.
• Voorbereiden en klemmen van onderdelen volgens instructies.
• Controleren van materialen voor het coaterproces.
• Vloeiend schakelen tussen verschillende taken en opdrachten.
• Bedienen en verantwoordelijk zijn voor de anodiseerbadlijn.
• Uitvoeren van tussentijdse controles op dikte en volgens specificaties.
• Schoonmaken en afblazen van onderdelen.
• Coördineren van werkzaamheden met collega’s in het team.

For our client, a specialist in surface treatments for various metal types, we are looking for a motivated Anodizer. In this role, you will independently carry out anodizing and surface treatments on supplied products according to drawings and/or work instructions. You will work with modern production equipment and tools within the Surface Treatment department.About Our ClientOur client is a leading company specialized in post-treatment of products made from various ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Their services include anodizing, hard anodizing, etching, passivation, chromating, and cleanroom cleaning and packaging. With multiple modern locations, including a new facility at the Brainport Campus in Eindhoven, the company continues to grow and innovate.

• Independently performing treatments on materials and products based on drawings and work order specifications.
• Preparing and clamping parts according to supplied instructions.
• Inspecting materials before the coating process is applied.
• Flexibly switching between different tasks and assignments.
• Operating and taking responsibility for the anodizing bath line.
• Carrying out interim checks to ensure the product meets the required coating thickness and that the process follows all specifications.
• Cleaning and blowing off parts correctly.
• Coordinating work with colleagues within the team.
