Job summary

Workster zoekt namens een toonaangevende klant een Anodizer voor onafhankelijk anodiseren en oppervlaktebehandeling van diverse materialen. Je werkt volgens tekeningen en werkorders met moderne apparatuur op de oppervlaktebehandelingsafdeling.

Qualifications

• VMBO‑niveau opleiding; een diploma is een pluspunt.
• Affiniteit met technologie en technische processen.
• Goede communicatie- en sociale vaardigheden.
• Een teamspeler met nauwkeurige en precieze motorische vaardigheden.
• Flexibel en bereid in wisselende ploegen te werken.
• In staat om werkinstructies te lezen en te begrijpen.
• Beheersing van Nederlands of Engels.

Responsibilities

• Zelfstandig uitvoeren van behandelingen op materialen en producten op basis van tekeningen en werkinstructies.
• Parts voorbereiden en bevestigen volgens de instructies.
• Materialen controleren vóór het coatingsproces.
• Afwisselen tussen verschillende taken en opdrachten.
• Bediener en verantwoordelijke voor de anodiseerbaas.
• Tussentijdse controles uitvoeren op coatingdikte en naleving van specificaties.
• Reiniging en afblazen van onderdelen.
• Coördineren van werkzaamheden met collega's in het team.

For our client, a specialist in surface treatments for various metal types, we are looking for a motivated Anodizer. In this role, you will independently carry out anodizing and surface treatments on supplied products according to drawings and/or work instructions. You will work with modern production equipment and tools within the Surface Treatment department.About Our ClientOur client is a leading company specialized in post-treatment of products made from various ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Their services include anodizing, hard anodizing, etching, passivation, chromating, and cleanroom cleaning and packaging. With multiple modern locations, including a new facility at the Brainport Campus in Eindhoven, the company continues to grow and innovate.

• Independently performing treatments on materials and products based on drawings and work order specifications.
• Preparing and clamping parts according to supplied instructions.
• Inspecting materials before the coating process is applied.
• Flexibly switching between different tasks and assignments.
• Operating and taking responsibility for the anodizing bath line.
• Carrying out interim checks to ensure the product meets the required coating thickness and that the process follows all specifications.
• Cleaning and blowing off parts correctly.
• Coordinating work with colleagues within the team.
