Job summary

Super Micro Computer is seeking a Production Technician to assemble and integrate servers, install hardware, and manage cabling in a fast-paced production environment in the Netherlands.

You will follow SOPs, perform quality checks, and maintain build records while working with hand and power tools. Proficiency in English is required; 1-3 years of rack experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or IT-related college diploma preferred.
• 1-3 years rack integration or data center experience.
• Hands-on electronic assembly experience.
• Experience with server rack hardware assembly is a strong plus.
• Proficient in reading assembly instructions and diagrams.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and integrate servers and components into racks according to build instructions and engineering specifications.
• Install and secure hardware components such as servers, switches, cables, and PDUs.
• Perform basic system configuration, labeling, and cable management to ensure a clean and functional rack build.
• Follow SOPs and safety guidelines during assembly.
• Conduct basic visual inspections and functional checks to ensure quality and reliability.
• Maintain accurate build records and report issues to team leads or supervisors.
• Test systems when needed following company procedures.

• Install and secure hardware components such as servers, switches, cables, and power distribution units (PDUs).
• Perform basic system configuration, labeling, and cable management to ensure a clean and functional rack build.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOP) and safety guidelines during assembly.
• Conduct basic visual inspections and functional checks to ensure quality and reliability.
• Maintain accurate build records and report issues or discrepancies to team leads or supervisors.
• Testing systems when needed following company procedures.

Qualifications

• High school or IT related college diploma preferred.
