Job summary

Super Micro Computer is seeking a Production Test Technician in the Netherlands to perform testing of defective products, identify needed repairs, and ensure quality control for commercial standards and customer needs.

The ideal candidate enjoys working in RMA environments and has hands-on experience repairing and debugging servers. You will collaborate with the test team to maintain high reliability and process efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in system troubleshooting preferred.
• Basic knowledge of PC, system and server operation.
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness.
• Solid communications skills, verbal and written.
• Proficient in English reading and writing.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, and troubleshoot products from the assembly line.
• Assist test engineer/supervisor to diagnose root causes of failed systems.
• Test and identify defective areas.
• Execute ECO, BIOS, and FW upgrades.
• Adhere to testing procedures to meet daily demand and quality requirements.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Follow company and Production department policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
