We are looking for a Production Shift Supervisor to lead a team within a busy production environment in Boxtel. This role is responsible for ensuring the shift runs safely and efficiently, meeting production plans while maintaining high standards across quality, hygiene, and technical performance. The Production Shift Supervisor will coach the team, manage shift results, and ensure smooth handovers between shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of production employees during the shift
• Take operational responsibility for safety, quality, output, hygiene, and technical performance within one or more departments
• Ensure production planning is achieved, adjusting priorities when needed
• Set priorities for technical work and coordinate actions to minimise downtime
• Analyse the root causes of production issues and complaints, and drive improvements
• Take ownership of shift performance and results, reporting on progress and challenges
• Train, coach, and motivate team members to strengthen skills and engagement
• Ensure clear and complete handovers between shifts to maintain continuity
• Support the creation and updating of work instructions and standard ways of working
• Lead by example, promoting the right behaviours and standards on the shop floor
