• Affinity with production processes and technology, with ability to stay overview under pressure.
• Good general ICT skills.
• Fluent Dutch is mandatory; English is a plus.

Job Description

We are looking for a Production Shift Team Leader (5-Shift) to lead a production team in a dynamic factory environment. The Production Shift Team Leader (5-Shift) is responsible for daily team leadership on the shopfloor, keeping the production process safe and stable, and ensuring quality and hygiene standards are met. This role also acts as a key link between departments, helping the site perform at its best while supporting improvements and change.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a production team working in a rotating 5-shift schedule.
• Ensure a safe working environment and promote strong safety behaviour on the shopfloor.
• Monitor production progress and take action to maintain continuity, quality, and efficiency.
• Take ownership of the production process from raw material intake through to delivery of finished product, in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members, building ownership and engagement.
• Translate site and department goals into clear team actions and support training and development within the team.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement by helping the team identify and implement practical optimisations.
• Work closely with other departments on site to align priorities and solve day-to-day operational issues.
