Job summary

GoodLife Foods is seeking a Production Team Supervisor to lead and coach on the shop floor, ensuring the daily production plan is delivered to the required standards.

This hands-on role has ownership for safety, quality, output, hygiene, and basic technical coordination across the department. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in production/logistics leadership and a solid MS Office skillset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in production/logistics in a supervisory role
• Knowledge of safety standards and HACCP principles preferred
• Willingness to complete internal safety and audit trainings

Role Description

We are looking for a Production Team Supervisor to lead and coach a team on the shop floor and ensure the production plan is delivered to the required standards. This role is hands-on and operational, with ownership for daily performance across safety, quality, output, hygiene, and basic technical coordination.

Responsibilities

• The Production Team Supervisor will be responsible for:
• Leading, motivating, training, and coaching a team of employees
• Taking day-to-day operational ownership for safety, quality, quantity, hygiene, and technical performance within the department
• Ensuring production runs smoothly in line with the production plan (using rosters, planning, team meetings, and KPI/figures analysis)
• Identifying improvement opportunities and actively driving practical process enhancements
• Participating in and/or leading project groups to support operational improvements

Requirements

• MBO/HBO working and thinking level
• Ideally at least 3 years’ experience in a production and/or logistics environment in a similar leadership role
• Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with food safety and compliance standard(s) (e.g., HACCP, Food Defense, allergens) is preferred
• Willingness to complete required internal training (e.g., safety instructions, internal audit, BHV, VOP / NEN 3140)
