• Monitor production performance and maintain continuity, quality, and efficiency of the process.
• Coordinate daily priorities with other departments on-site (e.g., quality, maintenance, supply chain, and planning).
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members, encouraging ownership and accountability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support new ways of working within the department.
• Translate objectives into clear actions and help create a well-trained, future-ready team.

For our client in Lochem, we are looking for a Production Shift Team Leader (5-Shift). This role focuses on leading a production team in a rotating 5-shift schedule, ensuring stable operations, safe working practices, and consistent product quality. The Production Shift Team Leader (5-Shift) is a hands-on people manager who can coach teams through daily performance, continuous improvement, and change.
