Job summary

Daavision B.V., part of ADM, is seeking a Production Planner to orchestrate end-to-end production planning, balancing demand, inventory, and capacity. You will collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Customer Service to keep production running smoothly and to meet customer commitments.

Ideal candidates hold a relevant degree and 3–5 years in planning or logistics, with expertise in production planning, inventory control, and ERP systems (M3).

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Operations, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in planning, logistics, supply chain, or procurement.
• Experience in production planning, inventory management, and supply chain coordination.
• Analytical mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational skills and deadline-driven.
• Independent, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across functions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and planning/ERP systems (M3).
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.

As our new Production Planner, you will play a key role in keeping our production running smoothly, balancing customer demand, inventory, and capacity while working closely with colleagues across Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Customer Service.

Production Planner (m/f/d)

As the central link between customer demand, production, and supply chain activities, you will ensure our operations run efficiently while continuously identifying opportunities to improve performance, service levels, and reliability. What Would Be Your Key Responsibilities

What Will Make You Successful

• You hold a degree or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Operations, or a related field
• You bring 3-5 years of experience in a planning, logistics, supply chain, or procurement role
• You have solid experience in production planning, inventory management, and supply chain coordination
• You have an analytical mindset and can effectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to meeting deadlines
• You work independently, take initiative, and focus on delivering results
• You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and enjoy collaborating across functions
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with planning and ERP systems (M3)

Wat zijn jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden?

• Je ontwikkelt, implementeert en bewaakt productieplanningen om een efficiënte operatie en tijdige leveringen te garanderen
• Je verwerkt klantorders en plant productieactiviteiten op basis van vraag, capaciteit en materiaalbeschikbaarheid
• Je werkt nauw samen met Operations, Sales en Customer Service om prioriteiten en leverafspraken af te stemmen
• Je bewaakt voorraadniveaus en zorgt voor een optimale beschikbaarheid van grondstoffen en materialen
• Je coördineert de inkoop van grondstoffen en verpakkingsmaterialen tegen de juiste prijs- en kwaliteitsvoorwaarden
• Je signaleert en lost proactief productiegerelateerde knelpunten en verstoringen in de supply chain op
• Je communiceert wijzigingen in planningen en levertijden tijdig naar relevante stakeholders
• Je analyseert processen en identificeert verbeterkansen om efficiëntie, service en prestaties verder te optimaliseren
• Je ondersteunt continue verbeterinitiatieven binnen planning, inkoop, logistiek en supply chain management
• Je zorgt voor naleving van kwaliteits-, veiligheids-, milieu- en bedrijfsrichtlijnen en draagt actief bij aan een veilige werkomgeving

Wat maakt jou succesvol?

• Je beschikt over een hbo- of wo-diploma, of een gelijkwaardige kwalificatie, in Logistiek, Supply Chain Management, Inkoop, Operations of een vergelijkbare richting
• Je hebt 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in een functie binnen planning, logistiek, supply chain of inkoop
• Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met productieplanning, voorraadbeheer en supply chain-coördinatie
• Je hebt een analytische instelling en bent in staat om effectief meerdere prioriteiten te beheren in een dynamische omgeving
• Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail, waarbij je deadlines weet te behalen
• Je neemt initiatief, werkt zelfstandig en bent sterk gericht op het behalen van resultaten
• Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en weet effectief samen te werken met verschillende stakeholders en afdelingen
• Je bent vaardig in Microsoft Office en hebt ervaring met plannings- en ERP-systemen (bij voorkeur M3)
• Je beheerst zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal uitstekend, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
