Job summary

Michael Page International (Netherlands) is seeking a Production Planning Specialist to coordinate schedules, monitor inventory, and collaborate with procurement from its Utrecht base. The role focuses on analysing production data and ensuring timely supply of materials in a dynamic, international setting.

The ideal candidate has a degree in SCM/Logistics, up to 3 years of relevant experience, advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities. Fluency in English is essential; Dutch is a plus.

• Up to 3 years of relevant experience, including internships.
• Strong interest in production planning, logistics and supply chain processes.
• Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and a passion for working with data and analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organised, accurate and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, eager to learn and able to take initiative.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Dutch language skills are considered a strong advantage but are not required.
