Job summary

Neways Electronics International is seeking an Enterprise Planner to balance demand, materials, capacity and inventory. You translate forecasts and orders into a realistic production and delivery plan and adjust proactively when circumstances change, ensuring delivery reliability and stable operations.

You will work across the full supply chain, interact with customers and suppliers, and contribute to continuous improvement with ERP/MRP systems, strong Excel analysis, and clear communication in

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s level thinking and at least 3 years of experience in supply chain, demand/enterprise planning, or production planning.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to understand complex planning challenges.
  • Excellent communication with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as Infor or SAP; strong Excel and data analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and validate customer demand and translate into production requirements.
  • Manage full order book and process changes.
  • Coordinate with Purchasing on material availability and follow up on purchase orders.
  • Identify risks in supply, capacity, or planning and escalate in time.
  • Release and follow up on production orders in the ERP system.
  • Daily alignment with production, logistics and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate timely deliveries and resolve deviations toward customers.
  • Analyze logistics performance and initiate improvement actions.
  • Manage and optimize master data and planning parameters.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s level thinking and at least 3 years of experience in supply chain, demand/enterprise planning, or production planning (experience in a production environment is a must).
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand complex planning challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills: you interact smoothly with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • A proactive mindset: you identify bottlenecks early and take initiative to solve them.
  • Accuracy, reliability, and a structured way of working.
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems (such as Infor, SAP, or similar).
  • Strong Excel skills and proficiency in data analysis.
  • Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
Your daily responsibilities include
