Job summary

Panda International is seeking a Material Coordinator (Production Order Picker/Prepper) in Breda, Netherlands, to support GMP-compliant production lines. This onsite, full-time role requires hands-on work, accurate material handling, and collaboration with Warehouse, Production, and Quality teams.

You will pick, prepare, and verify production orders, manage material flows with SAP/PAS|X, RF scanners and reach trucks, and ensure On-Time-In-Full delivery while maintaining GMP/GDP standards.

Qualifications

• MBO education or equivalent experience.
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, production, or a manufacturing environment.
• Reach truck and/or order-pick truck certification.
• Dutch language proficiency is non-negotiable.
• Hands-on, reliable and comfortable with physical work.
• Strong eye for quality, accuracy and detail.
• Willingness to work 2-shift rotation with occasional overtime/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Picking, preparing, and verifying production orders across multiple production lines.
• Delivering materials and consumables to production on time in full.
• Transporting finished products and unused materials back to the warehouse.
• Using SAP, PAS|X, RF scanners, reach trucks and order-pick trucks to manage material flow.
• Documenting material movements following GMP/GDP procedures.
• Contributing to Lean initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Collaborating with Warehouse, Production and Quality teams.

Employment: Full-time

Shift Pattern: 2-shift rotation - 06:00–14:30 / 14:15–22:45, with occasional overtime/weekend work

Language: Dutch and English required (verbal and written)

MUST HAVE

• MBO (secondary vocational) education or equivalent experience.
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, production, or a manufacturing environment.
• Reach truck and/or order-pick truck certification.
• Dutch language proficiency - non-negotiable for this role.
