Job summary

Panda International is seeking a Material Coordinator for its site in Breda. You will bridge Warehouse and Production, picking, preparing, and supplying orders to ensure lines run smoothly in a GMP setting.

You will work in a 2-shift rotation and collaborate with Quality and Production teams, utilizing SAP, PAS|X, and RF tools. The role emphasizes accuracy, reliability, and a hands-on approach within an international biotech environment, with development opportunities in SAP/MES and a 16% shift

Qualifications

• MBO education or equivalent experience.
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, production, or manufacturing.
• Hands-on, reliable team player with physically active work.
• Strong eye for quality, accuracy, and detail.
• Fluent Dutch and English verbal and written communication.
• Willing to work a 2-shift rotation with potential overtime.

Responsibilities

• Pick, prepare, and verify production orders for multiple lines.
• Deliver materials to production On-Time-In-Full.
• Transport finished products and unused materials back to the warehouse.
• Use SAP, PAS|X, RF scanners, reach trucks, and order-pick trucks.
• Ensure accurate material handling and inventory transactions.
• Follow GMP/GDP procedures and document all movements.
• Support production by ensuring materials are available when required.
• Contribute to Lean initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Maintain a safe, organized, compliant working environment.

Job description

Our international biotech client is looking for a Material Coordinator (Production Order Picker/Prepper) to join its Site Operations team in Breda. In this role, you will be the vital link between the Warehouse and Production departments, ensuring production lines receive the right materials at the right time. By picking, preparing, and supplying production orders, you'll play a key role in keeping production running efficiently while maintaining the highest quality and compliance standards in a GMP-regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick, prepare, and verify production orders for multiple production lines
• Deliver materials and consumables to production On-Time-In-Full
• Transport finished products and unused materials back to the warehouse
• Use SAP, PAS|X, RF scanners, reach trucks, and order-pick trucks to manage material flows
• Ensure accurate material handling and inventory transactions within warehouse systems
• Follow GMP/GDP procedures and accurately document all material movements
• Support production by ensuring materials are available when required
• Contribute to Lean initiatives and continuous improvement projects
• Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant working environment
• Collaborate closely with Warehouse, Production, and Quality teams to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Has an MBO (secondary vocational) education or equivalent experience
• Has experience in logistics, warehousing, production, or a manufacturing environment
• Is a hands-on, reliable team player who enjoys physically active work
• Has a strong eye for quality, accuracy, and detail
• Has good verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English
• Is willing to work in a 2‑shift rotation (06:00–14:30 and 14:15–22:45), with occasional overtime or weekend work when required

Nice to Have

• Experience working with SAP, PAS|X, or other MES systems
• Experience working in a GMP/GDP-regulated environment
• Experience operating a reach truck and/or order-pick truck (or willingness to obtain certification)
• Previous experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or highly regulated manufacturing environments
