About the Role

We are recruiting Production / Technical Operator for the manufacturing team in Breda. Depending on your experience and technical background, you will work on manual, semi-automated, or fully automated production lines. You'll help ensure production runs safely, efficiently, and according to strict quality standards. Some positions focus primarily on manual packaging and production activities, while others involve operating equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, and improving production processes.

Responsibilities

• Execute production and packaging activities according to established procedures.

• Prepare production lines, perform set‑ups, changeovers, and cleaning activities.

• Supply materials and support smooth production flow.

• Monitor product quality and report deviations when necessary.

• Complete production documentation accurately and in compliance with GMP requirements.

• Operate and monitor production equipment, depending on the role.

• Troubleshoot production issues and support continuous improvement initiatives where applicable.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized working environment.

• Collaborate closely with colleagues from production, maintenance, and quality departments.
