Job summary

Van Bilsen Groep produces smart, high-quality precision parts for demanding industries. We operate turning, milling and assembly with modern machines and partly automated production lines, staffed by over 90 skilled professionals.

The team is close-knit, values craftsmanship and smart automation, and supports learning and growth within the company. We offer good employment conditions under the Metal and Engineering Industry collective labour agreement, a salary between €2,700 and €3,100

Responsibilities

• Change products at the loading station or CNC production machine.
• Check dimensions and measurements.
• Report and improve quality deviations.
• Deburring, cleaning and packaging products.
• Ensure a smooth and continuous production process.

What do we offer?

• From age 21 and up: a salary range of €2,700 – €3,100, depending on relevant work experience
• Travel allowance of €0.18 per kilometre (temporary € 0,20)
