Job summary

WerkTalent is seeking a Precision Mechanical Finishing Operator in the Netherlands. You will finish CNC-produced plastic components, inspect against drawings, deburr, tap, ream and clean parts, ensuring they meet customer specifications and quality standards.

You will work full-time on a day shift from 07:00 to 16:00, Monday to Friday, with a chance for a permanent contract. A strong emphasis on safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement in a high‑tech environment is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum English B2 and Dutch B2–C1 proficiency required.
• Technical reading of drawings to verify specs.
• Experience in a technical or production role preferred.
• Accurate and quality-focused approach to finishing parts.

Responsibilities

Job description

As a Precision Mechanical Finishing Operator, you will be responsible for the final finishing of CNC-produced plastic components. You will inspect, deburr, tap, ream, and clean parts using the available tools and equipment, ensuring that the finished products meet customer specifications and quality standards.

Your tasks include:

• Inspecting CNC-produced plastic components.
• Deburring, tapping, reaming, and cleaning finished parts.
• Checking products against technical drawings and customer specifications.
• Ensuring the quality and accuracy of the finished product.
• Identifying and reporting deviations or quality issues.
• Working with various tools and equipment in a safe and accurate manner.
• Suggesting improvements to production and finishing processes.
• Following safety instructions and using personal protective equipment (PPE) when required.
• Keeping the workplace clean, organized, and safe.

You will be the final link between production and the customer, making sure every component meets the required specifications before delivery.

You will work full-time in a day shift from Monday to friday 07:00 to 16:00.

• Minimum B2 level of English and/or B2–C1 level of Dutch.
