Job summary

Werkis B.V. zoekt een Operator in Nieuwleusen die machines kan bedienen en de productie op schema houdt. Je werkt samen met de teamleider op de productievloer en zorgt voor een veilig en gestructureerd proces.

Je levert materialen en gereedschappen aan met een heftruck of handmatige kar, stelt machines in, lost eindproducten en controleert kwaliteitsmetingen. Dagdiensten, 32–40 uur, salaris €15–€18 bruto per uur.

Qualifications

• MBO niveau vereist of gelijkwaardig.
• Ervaring met productieapparatuur en intern transport vereist.
• Nederlandse en Engelse schrijf- en spreekvaardigheid.

Responsibilities

• Bedien machines en apparatuur onafhankelijk.
• Bevoorrading van materialen en gereedschappen met heftruck/rollende kar.
• Eindproducten verwijderen en overzicht bewaren.
• Kwaliteitscontrole volgens orderformulieren en normen.
• Ondersteunen van teamleider en meedenken over verbeteringen.
• Veilig en netjes werkomgeving handhaven.

Operator in Nieuwleusen: do you want to run machines and keep the process on track?

As an Operator, you make sure the production process keeps running smoothly. In Nieuwleusen, you work in a production environment where technology, logistics and quality come together.

You work closely with the team leader and your colleagues on the shop floor. You operate machines, keep an overview and step in when needed. That way, the process stays safe and organised.

• You supply materials and tools with a pallet truck, hand truck or forklift.
• You remove finished products and keep the overview.
• You set up and operate machines and equipment independently.
• You solve small malfunctions and call in technical support for bigger issues.
• You check products against order forms and quality standards.
• You keep track of fault lists and maintain a tidy workplace.
• You support the team leader and take over tasks when needed.
• You think along about improvements on the work floor.
