Job summary

Real is seeking a Manufacturing Process Technician to execute manual production and packaging tasks in a controlled environment in the Breda facility.

You will follow SOPs, perform in-process quality checks, and maintain GMP batch records while supporting continuous improvement and safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar production or manufacturing role.
• Comfortable working in a structured environment with strict procedures and compliance requirements.
• Willingness to commute to the production facility.
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual production activities in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Perform packaging activities according to approved procedures
• Conduct in-process quality checks
• Ensure accurate and timely GMP documentation, including batch records and logs
• Identify, report, and support the resolution of deviations or quality issues
• Participate in cross-functional problem-solving and quality review discussions
• Perform line set-up and close-down activities
• Execute daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning activities
• Maintain a safe, compliant, and organized work environment
• Carry out repetitive manual production tasks with consistency and accuracy
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient production flow

Job description
