Johnson & Johnson in Leiden, Netherlands, is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead two teams of six, ensure safe, compliant production, and align with master production schedules.

You will coach staff, drive continuous improvement, manage documentation and GMP compliance, collaborate with Engineering and Quality, and support changes with a data-driven approach.

The role features a 16/7 rotating shift, a full-time contract, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualificações

• Requires HBO degree or equivalent level, or higher.
• At least 1 year of direct people leadership experience in a supervisory role.
• Around 5 years of experience in manufacturing.
• GMP/GxP knowledge preferred; medical device or regulated env.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication in English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead two manufacturing teams of six people each and coordinate daily production activities.
• Ensure production output aligns with master production or shipment schedules.
• Support new product introductions, equipment, and process changes.
• Maintain GMP-compliant documentation and SOPs; keep reviews current.
• Train operators in equipment use, processes, and GxP requirements.
• Monitor performance using metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Investigate deviations, support CAPA, and escalate issues as needed.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and other stakeholders for excellence.
