Europol in The Hague, Netherlands, invites applications for Senior Specialist – Product Technical Lead to ensure coherent delivery of technology solutions across squads, including co-sourced teams, aligning with the delivery roadmap and technical direction.

The role combines delivery and technical leadership, coordinating with Product Delivery Manager, Squad Leads, Architecture, Engineering, Security, and QA CoE to ensure transparent progress and high-quality, maintainable solutions.

Qualifications

Experience in .NET or Java software development projects.
Experience as Technical Delivery Lead / Tech Lead.
Experience coordinating delivery across multiple squads/ outsourcing.
Knowledge of CI/CD and release flow concepts.
Experience in agile, Scrum/Kanban environments.

Responsibilities

Coordinating delivery across multiple internal and external squads and milestones.
Translating objectives into an integrated delivery plan and release sequencing.
Ensuring delivery visibility through governance and reporting.
Facilitating alignment with target architecture and standards.
Ensuring non-functional requirements are addressed.
Coordinating release readiness and handover with stakeholders.
Identifying and mitigating delivery risks and issues.
Managing external partner deliverables and integration points.
