Job summary
Milrem Robotics is seeking a Senior Technical Lead in the Netherlands to turn customer commitments into engineering reality. You will own the technical delivery of complex integrations, from early technical proposals through successful delivery, working with Solution Architects, Project Managers and engineering teams across the business.
This is a non-management, technically focused role where you lead through expertise, systems thinking and influence.
Qualifications
- Experience in systems engineering across multidisciplinary domains.
- Hands-on experience with embedded systems and hardware/software co-design.
- Background in robotics, autonomous systems, or related multidisciplinary engineering fields.
- Demonstrated technical leadership in complex product development projects.
- Experience bringing together hardware, software, electronics, and mechanics to deliver integrated solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own the technical delivery of complex customer integrations from early proposals to successful delivery.
- Lead through technical expertise, systems thinking, and influence—no direct people management.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Project Managers and engineering teams to define and realise engineering outcomes.
