Job summary

Next Ventures in the Netherlands is seeking an experienced Tech Lead to design and deliver scalable digital platforms. The role combines hands-on technical leadership with architecture, security, and collaboration with product and engineering teams.

You will drive reusable platform services and modular components, ensuring robust, maintainable solutions aligned with ISO 27001 and enterprise standards. Part-time 20 hours per week, hybrid location.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement end‑to‑end technical solutions across the full application lifecycle.
• Define solution architectures and technical requirements aligned with existing and evolving enterprise architecture standards.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams and third‑party suppliers.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Product Managers, Scrum Masters, Architects, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment on shared infrastructure, security, open‑source practices, and development standards.
• Identify emerging technologies, industry trends, and relevant standards, driving innovation and continuous improvement.
• Establish, maintain, and improve processes in line with ISO 27001 and security best practices.
• Support the development of scalable, reusable platform capabilities and modular application components.

Overview We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to play a key role in designing and delivering innovative digital platforms and services within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
