Rituals in Amsterdam is undergoing a major transformation, appointing a Director of Product to shape the future operating model and product leadership across the organization. You will lead empowered teams, drive outcome‑based thinking and partner with senior leaders to turn strategy into measurable value.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transformation from a project‑oriented delivery model towards a mature, outcome‑driven Product organisation with clear ownership, accountability and measurable value creation.
• Build and develop Product leadership capabilities across Value Streams, Product Leads, Product Owners and Product Management communities, creating a strong culture of coaching, growth and continuous improvement.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Architecture and Business leadership to establish empowered multidisciplinary teams organised around customer journeys, business capabilities and strategic outcomes.
• Drive product strategy, prioritisation, investment decisions and value measurement, ensuring scarce capacity is focused on the highest‑impact opportunities.
• Contribute to the design, adoption and evolution of the Rituals Product Operating Model, enabling greater organisational effectiveness, efficiency and long‑term scalability.
