Rituals is seeking a Director of Product to lead a company-wide transformation from project-based delivery to outcome-driven product ownership. You will shape the Product organisation, empower multidisciplinary teams, and drive strategy with senior leadership to create measurable customer value.

Formación

• Extensive experience in senior Product leadership roles within organisations that have adopted a product-oriented operating model.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale organisational transformation to product-led ways of working.
• Experience building and coaching Product leadership and high-performing teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead transformation from project-oriented delivery to an outcome-driven Product organisation with clear ownership and measurable value.
• Develop Product leadership across Value Streams and Product teams, fostering coaching and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Engineering, Architecture and Business leadership to form empowered, multidisciplinary teams around customer journeys.
• Drive product strategy, prioritisation, investment decisions and value measurement.
