Job summary

Rituals is seeking a Tech Lead – Data & Analytical Engineering in Amsterdam to drive scalable data products and architectural patterns across value streams. You will lead hands-on delivery while mentoring engineers and coordinating with product owners to align priorities and ensure platform adoption.

You bring deep GCP expertise (BigQuery, Pub/Sub, Cloud Run, GCS), strong leadership, and a collaborative, business-focused mindset.

Qualifications

Hands-on data/analytical engineering experience.
Deep expertise in GCP technologies (BigQuery, Pub/Sub, Cloud Run, GCS).
Proven leadership, mentoring, and cross-team influence.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, build, and rollout of scalable data products for value streams on the Enterprise Data Platform.
Define and evolve architectural patterns for data and analytics solutions.
Drive engineering excellence across development, testing, deployment, observability, security, and documentation standards.
Mentor data/analytical engineers and coordinate with external partners.
Partner with Product Owners and sponsors to align priorities and drive platform adoption.
Elevate legacy pipelines to current engineering and governance standards.
