Job summary

Philips is seeking a Product Owner/Technical Lead for Image Guided Therapy display software. You will connect deep software engineering with backlog ownership, technical roadmaps and delivery commitments for Philips X-ray platforms, including Azurion.

Hands-on coding is essential for reviews and design decisions. You will lead a Scrum team, translate complex needs into features, and roadmap work within an Agile Release Train.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in CS/Software Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of technical software development experience.
• Hands-on coding in C++11+ and C#, with Windows environments.
• Product Owner experience 3+ years translating complex needs into backlog and roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the team backlog and PI content, align with roadmap and business priorities.
• Translate system and stakeholder needs into features and stories for maintainable software.
• Estimate and roadmap features within the Agile Release Train, manage risks and dependencies.
• Challenge technical assumptions and guide design, reviews, and architecture discussions.
• Contribute to innovation in X-ray imaging and display software within a regulated medical-device context.
